Florida State Representative Webster Barnaby has introduced the state's second bitcoin reserve bill, which would allow the chief financial officer to invest 10% of the state's funds in bitcoin.
Kentucky Rep. TJ Roberts sponsored HB376, a bill that would allow Kentucky to invest up to 10% of its state funds in digital assets worth more than $750 billion. Kentucky became the 16th state in the United States to introduce a bill related to bitcoin reserves. The bill is known as the Inflation Protection Act of 2025.
